- Im 27 years old and started my first cross stitch when i was 15, a winnie the pooh kit which i spent ages working on but never got finished. Over the years i started but never completed any cross stitches until 3 years a ago when i worked on and slowly finished two DMC cat patterns over the 3 years. about 6 months ago i really got back into cross stitching by doing a photo cross stitch of our cat Sassy. I have completed some more kits since then. I have improved my skills greatly and Im really enjoying doing them. I also like another crafts like knitting, sewing and papercrafts
Oh, I love Suzy's Zoo. I have done birth announcements for all of my nieces/nephews so far and my little sister has already picked out Suzy's Zoo for the theme of her birth announcements (for when she has kids:). This is a lovely design though and it is coming along well!
